Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Recruiter to join their client's dynamic team in Hartford County Connecticut. Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
  • Managing the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Utilizing various recruiting platforms and techniques to identify potential candidates.
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience through professional communication and timely feedback.
  • Collaborating with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
  • Tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process.
  • Participating in job fairs and networking events to promote the company's employer brand.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, with a strong understanding of the full recruitment cycle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus.
